1. Go to Start > Configurationscreen > Printers and devices.

BEWARE: If you use Windows 8 or 10, righclick on the Startmenu instead of left click.

1. Right-click the Star TSP100III and select Printing Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced button and set the paper size to 72 x receipt.
3. Click OK > OK
4. Right click the Star TSP100III and select Printer properties.
5. ClickPreferences > Advanced and set the paper size to 72 x receipt.
6. ClickOK > OK.
7. Click the tab Advanced.
8. ClickStandard settings and set the paper size to 72 x receipt.
9. ClickOK > OK.
10. Click the tab Device settings and set the following:
    • FRICTION: 72 x receipt.
    • Paper cut type: Partially (so that coupons are cut automatically).
    • Document cut type: Partially (so that receipts are cut automatically).
11. Click OK.
12. Right click on the Star TSP100III and select Default Printer and a green check mark appears next to the printer.
