Do you want to send push notifications (customer messages) to all your customers to inform them about your products or any adjustments in your store or to announce an event?
This is now very easy. Go to your back office and press ‘Customer messages’:
Then create a new customer message and save it.
If you then press the blue button with an envelope, this message will be sent to all your customers who have agreed to receive messages.
You can also set up Order notifications to send the messages to your customer during the processing of an order.
You can set this up in Settings> Orders> Order notifications.
Then you can forward the messages from the order of the customer by pressing the exclamation mark and choose the message you wish to send:
