2.4 Opening and using the backoffice for the first time

From the moment you decide to fill in the app you will need to open the backoffice with this link: https://backendv4.easyorderapp.com.

After providing your credentials you will be taken tot his dashboard:

On the dashboard you can immediately see if there are orders for today/tomorrow. You can also go straight to the overview of “All orders”, view the number of orders per month, and also find the most sold product.  

New in the SEP18 release are the day / week and month reports, an ideal way to finish the working day. You can request reports using a number of filters. The date type is divided into the time created, delivery date, when finished and when handled. You can also choose the period, the order channel (iOS, Android, Windows or Webshop) and the delivery method. You can eventually print the report in two ways: as a list with only order numbers and their total prices or as the same list with the products sold.

Printing is done by clicking the print-button on the top right. Here you have the choice between the 2 options, described in image below:

Before we add categories/subcategories and products in the app, we first set up the settings. To do this, press “Settings”.
