Pocessing time: Minimum time between the time of ordering and the pick-up / delivery

If you set the processing time for deliveries, to for example 30 minutes, this means that the moment the customer places an order, you can deliver this order 30 minutes later. Here a concrete example for when this seeting is set to 30 minutes. When a customer places an order at 13:00, the order can be collected at 13:30.

If you set the processing time for collections on 30 minutes, the customer can collect the order 30 minutes after the order was placed.

The processing time is also adjustable on product and category level. This allows you to set  how much time the customer must place his order in advance before the product can be delivered / picked up.

Last ordering time = closure of ordering

Here you can set the last order time = the closing time of the day. If you set this to 14h, the customer can place an order until 14h tob e collected or delivered today.

If you do not wish customers to collect or orders tob e delivered the same day, you have the option to adjust the option “same day”to in 2 days, 3 days,… If you set this to 2 days, the orders that are placed today, can only be collected/delivered in 2 days time.

From June 18 the last delivery time for delivery and collection can be set separately.

Electronic payment

In version 2018 we have limited the possibilities of electronic payment to Bancontact and iDEAL via the Ingenico E-payment link. Other methods are no longer accepted.

In Sept 2018 a completely new electronic payment link will be available in our ordering platform that will offer international payment options in addition to national payment solutions. Above all, Easyorder will be able to arrange the necessary agreements to support such payment solution from Easyorder BVBA, which is currently not the case.

Confirmation mail

Here you can adjust the header and footer of the e-mail that customers receive for confirmation of their order. If you offer the app/webshop in multiple languages, you can adjust these per language.
