You can choose yourself which statuses you want to display in an order to inform your customers when changing the status of their order.

Go to Settings> Orders> Order status

You can check off the checkbox off the statuses you do not wish to obtain with the orders.

Do you wish to set up a specific message to send to your customers when changing a status? You do this by checking the following checkbox:

Then enter the message you wish to send your customers in the corresponding status box and save.
